Project Overview

Undoubtedly, user experience research has a large and effective role in the product development, so we work hard to reach participants and the target audience smoothly and effectively.

The Primary Goal of This Project is to find a suitable and easy solution to help us in the process of gathering the right participants for user experience research processes to obtain the best insights.

Problem Statement

Our current targeting and segmentation methods in UX research are proving to be inefficient, which is impeding our ability to adequately engage and recruit suitable participants. In turn, leads to a reduction in the number of valuable insights collected, impacting the overall effectiveness of our research process. It is imperative that we address this issue to ensure that our UX research efforts remain productive and beneficial.

User Interviews

Once I understood the problem and the current experience, I started my Research by Interviewing our target audience for this project  (Product Designers, Product Managers, and UX Researchers).I interviewed 5 users via video calls to understand the challenges they face when it comes to recruiting the right potential audience for UX research.

● They are hoping to find a way to encourage participants that interested in the product to share their data with them so that they can easily contact them for any upcoming user research.

Based on the insights gathered from user interviews, I have moved on to the second phase of the research. I began identifying the user's pain points and prioritizing features that can deliver the intended value.
